JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST TRAINING PROGRAM
The JBA Training Program is a series of workshops, meetings, projects, and assignments that are designed to prepare our new members to be successful on their engagement teams. It also aims to connect new members with each other and the rest of the organization. All new members will participate in this program regardless of their position, unless if prior experience deemed is sufficient to bypass.

WORKSHOPS
Instructional workshops are held on a bi-weekly basis. Here, you will learn skills that can be used on your consulting projects such as data modeling, Excel basics, and slide deck construction.
MENTORSHIP
Each project team is assigned a mentor who is an industry professional. Junior business analysts are paired with older members as part of the first-semester mentorship program.

EXPERIENCE
Each semester, analysts are assigned to a project team with real local businesses as clients. You will gain exposure to different business problems while making tangible impact with your client.
