JBA Training Program
Junior Business Analyst Training Program
The JBA Training Program is a series of workshops, meetings, projects, and assignments that are designed to prepare our new members to be successful on their engagement teams. It also aims to connect new members with each other and the rest of the organization. All new members will participate in this program regardless of their position, unless if prior experience deemed is sufficient to bypass.

Methods
Workshops
Instructional workshops are held on a bi-weekly basis. Here, you will learn skills that can be used on your consulting projects such as data modeling, Excel basics, and slide deck construction.
Resources
You will gain access to practice case studies, assigned reading material, research databases and more. All materials will be reviewed as a group to ensure your understanding.
Mentorship
Our VP of New Member Development will host office hours where you can seek help on the tasks you are assigned as a part of the program.
Experience
The final few weeks of the program are dedicated to the consulting case you will work on with the other Junior Business Analysts. You will be broken up into small groups and the best presentation will get to present to the client!
