Our Pre-Project Process

Initial Contact
A CYC Client Relations Specialist connects with you after discovering your organization or receiving a interest form submission.

Client Discovery
Your Client Relations Specialist learns about your organization and explores potential project work with you.

Project Scoping
Your Client Relations Specialist presents CYC capabilities and discusses areas for potential impact.

Team Introduction
A CYC Project Leader and team matches with you. Your Project Lead shares the welcome packet and begin the project life cycle.
Our 12-Week Project Lifecycle
Project Scoping
Collaborate with the Client Acquisition and Success Team as well as your CYC Project Lead to understand your business model, define goals and deliverables.
Midterm Presentation
Attend a virtual client checkpoint to review progress, refine operations, request additional data if needed, and align with evolving goals.
Final Presentation
All project teams will present in-person at Georgia Tech, sharing their findings and recommendations while addressing stakeholder feedback.
Follow Up and Evaluations
The CAST team will check in to ensure project satisfaction, gather feedback, and discuss how CYC can continue supporting your business in the future.
